Dirty, unworn, or defective products purchased at our online store can be returned for refund or
exchange within 14 days of receipt. All items returned to us must be in original conditions, ie

1. We accept exchanges for a different size or color within 15 days from the original date of
shipment of the order. Please contact us with your order number and our customer service will help.
If you want to exchange items with a different style, you would have to return items for a
refund (as per Return policy) and place a new order for the style you prefer
2. You must contact us before returning the items. All items sent back to us must be in their
original state, ie, not used, altered or washed, with all tags attached. Worn or dirty items will
be returned back to you.
3. We do not cover the shipping costs of exchanges, you will be responsible for the return postage
and for the shipping and handling shipping the exchanged items back to you. We recommend that
you add tracking and insurance when sending items to us for your own protection, as we can not
be responsible for lost shipments. Shipping costs are not refundable.
